1. Wordmarks (Logotypes)

Wordmarks, or logotypes, are logos that consist of the brand’s name in a stylized font. This type of logo focuses on the text itself and is often used by companies with distinctive or memorable names. Examples include Google, Coca-Cola, and Disney. 2. Lettermarks (Monograms)

By using only the initials, lettermarks create a simple yet effective way to represent the brand. Examples include IBM, CNN, and HP. These logos rely heavily on typography and can often be more versatile in various applications.

3. Pictorial Marks (Brand Marks)

Pictorial marks are logos that use a graphic symbol or icon to represent the brand. These logos are often more visual and can convey an idea or message without relying on text.
